How we label recommendations
Every recommendation is labelled honestly. "Personally tested" is only used when we have actually used the product ourselves. "Researched pick" means we compared manufacturer specifications, ingredient lists, independent expert sources and verified owner feedback, but have not used it ourselves. Opinion pieces are marked as opinion. We do not currently publish sponsored content; if that ever changes it will be clearly labelled.
