Testing window
Minimum two weeks of real-world use across daily routines. Skincare and grooming products are tested for visible skin response. Style items are worn through multiple wash cycles. Tech is tested in travel and gym contexts where relevant.
Comparison
No product is recommended in isolation. Every pick is compared against the nearest direct alternative at the same price tier, the tier above, and the tier below.
Diversity of tester
Skincare and grooming reviews include feedback from at least two skin types where relevant. Style reviews include fit notes for at least two body types. We do not generalize from a single tester.
When a product changes
If a brand reformulates or a product changes meaningfully, we re-test and update the review. If a product is discontinued, we remove the link and note the replacement.
